The birch pattern on the Farmers Market DSP # 138448 $11.00 is so classy. I fussy cut one bunch of grapes from another one of the patterned sheets and added some Wink of Stella to them.
The die cut is from My Favorite Things. Sorry, I don't know the name of it and I think I got on a retired sale. It was the closest thing I had to something "viney".
